BCBA position centers on delivering intensive, high-quality ABA
therapy right where it matters: in the natural environment. You
will enjoy the continuity and depth of collaboration that comes
from direct daily engagement with clients, families, and your
dedicated clinical team. In this role, you'll oversee and implement
programs with full support from our robust operational teams and
systems, ensuring your focus remains entirely on delivering
compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful
progress. Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of
$90,000–$100,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities
(typically averaging $1,000/month) and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical
excellence Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client
outcomes Develop and implement assent-based, individualized
