Job Description Job Description Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care & Wellness Clinic (13-Week Contract w/extensions possible) Hanover, PA | Weekday Schedule | Ages 3 | Employer-Sponsored Health Center This onsite health center serves employees, spouses and dependents of a large national organization. The clinic provides a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong focus on preventive care, health coaching and long-term wellness. What You’ll Do • Deliver comprehensive primary care for patients ages 3 • Complete annual physicals, wellness visits, chronic condition follow-up and acute care • Provide women’s health services including Pap smears and routine screenings • Perform vaccinations, in-house labs and timely documentation and result review • Maintain continuity of care through collaboration with local community providers • Educate patients on lifestyle, preventive health and condition management • Contribute to a positive patient experience with a balanced, predictable caseload Schedule • Monday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM • Tuesday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM • Wednesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM No nights, weekends, or on-call duties. Assignment Structure • 13-week contract • Employer-sponsored outpatient clinic • Consistent weekday schedule • Focus on wellness and prevention • Comfortable pace with strong clinical support Qualifications • Active PA NP license • Experience in family practice, primary care, community health, or employer health • Comfortable caring for ages 3 • Strong assessment and patient communication skills This assignment offers a stable, part-time weekday schedule in a well-supported onsite health center with a strong focus on preventive care and wellness. Candidates experience a lower-acuity environment with predictable days and a balanced patient load.
