  • Support in the development and execution phases of experiential marketing programs to achieve program KPI's and deliver against brand commercial objectives (75% of time)
  • Actively contribute in the build of strategic and creative direction of experiential programs
  • Support in the management of agency partners during program development and execution phases
  • Support in developing integrated marketing plans, working collaboratively with brand teams and cross-functional partners
  • Provide support and leadership in program execution, collaborating with the Experiential Manager(s), brand teams, and cross-functional partners
  • Ensure QA process is closely followed and work in partnership with agency partners to facilitate where necessary
  • Train agencies on the experiential measurement model, manage data collection and performance tracking utilizing the measurement dashboard; provide ongoing analysis and optimization recommendations
  • Conduct site checks and market visits in the lead up and implementation of programs
    Play a key role in the development and implementation of COE special projects and key initiatives (20% of time)
    • Development of internal presentations, recaps and case studies
    • Stay up to date on experiential and retail trends, and share out across the COE and broader NUSA teams
    • Support in the development and creation of Experiential trend reports and newslettersAdministrative and financial responsibilities in support of the Director, Experiential and COE (5% of time)
      • General administrative support for the Director, Experiential
