Job Overview Senior Continuous Manufacturing Manager , The United
States Pharmacopeial Convention, Rockville, MD. Support the
organizations pharmaceutical continuous manufacturing (PCM)
strategy. Develop services for manufacturers. Identify and
implement technical and scientific methods including process
analytical technologies (PAT) for continuous pharmaceutical
manufacturing processes. Create materials to inform on development
processes and solutions for manufacturers. Identify research
projects to aggregate and curate knowledge. Implement training in
drug substance and drug product areas. Innovate methods to support
market development, adoption, and improve continuous manufacturing
technologies. Work with cross-functional teams and partners to
solve both technical and process-related issues. Attend scientific
seminars and conferences, publish research, and make presentations.

is USP Looking For? The successful candidate will have a
demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence
through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to
quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the
following competencies and experience: Minimum Requirements:
Requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in
Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or a
related field and seven (7) years of post-bachelor, progressive and
related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will
accept a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in
Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or a
related field and five (5) years related work experience.Requires
five (5) years of experience with the following: Continuous
manufacturing processes and analytical technologies (PAT);
Technical expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies in the
pharmaceutical industry; Utilizing Flow Chemistry or Control
Strategy Development for continuous manufacturing pharmaceuticals;
Conducting regulatory filing for a product developed and
manufactured using Continuous Management; Leveraging knowledge in
API manufacturing; and Assessing supply impact of quality-assured
pharmaceuticals and medical products.Up to 15% domestic and
international travel required.Telecommuting permitted within the

protected. Compensation Base Salary Range: USD $135,428.00
$145,428.00 annually. Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level
of role. Individual compensation packages are based on various
