Job Description Job Description We are a locally owned and
successful plumbing company looking to add an Outside Sales
Representative to our team. We service Residential and Commercial
properties, providing full-service plumbing and sewer work for our
customers. Job Responsibilities Meet with customers and give bids
for plumbing and sewer work/Sell and convert jobs Meet with
technicians on jobs and upsell plumbing and sewer work to fit
customers' needs Communicate with technicians throughout the day
assisting with questions and providing support Looking at the
schedule throughout the day and showing up on jobs for possible
leads/upsell opportunities Work closely with Dispatchers and Office
personnel to coordinate schedules and set up sold jobs Provide
exceptional customer service Ability to represent the company in a
professional manner/wear company uniform Collect down payment and
process paperwork for sold jobs Qualifications Highly Motivated
Competitive Driven Reliable and Punctual Team Player Strong Verbal
and written communication skills Ability to develop rapport and
listen to customers Ability to properly evaluate and assess
customers' needs Must be able to operate a smartphone/iPad Sales
Experience is a plus Knowledge of plumbing and sewer systems is a
plus Ability to pass a background check Valid Drivers License/Clean
driving record Benefits: Health Insurance - The Company pays 50% of
the employee’s benefit after 30 days. Eye and Dental Insurance -
The Company pays 50% of the employee’s benefit after 30 days. AFLAC
Supplemental insurance at employee expense (not required) 401K with
