Job Description:
Sparks Group has partnered with a credit union that is looking
for a Member Service Representative. This role is more than your
traditional teller role. You will have the opportunity to join a
dynamic team focused on providing credit union members with an
unparalleled service experience. As a Member Service Representative
you will be empowered to do what's right for the member because you
have a passion for helping others succeed. You must possess proven
customer service skills, including strong verbal communication. As
a Member Service Representative you will be working closely with
your branch manager to find appropriate solutions to member needs
including opening accounts and offering new products to achieve
your goals.

Requirements
Ideal Candidates would:
Have the ability to maintain a positive and empathetic attitude at
all times and being able to communicate with our members through
various channels is critical in this role. You will be building and
maintaining member relationships and promoting credit union
products and services. Member Service Representative perform many
duties to include processing account transaction requests, working
to resolve member inquiries in a timely manner, and having
accountability of member requests from inception to resolution.
Qualified candidates would also willing and able to assist in
outreach within the surrounding community on the behalf of the
credit union.
