About the OpportunityWe're looking for people with ticket industry -experience to join the -1Ticket -customer service team.
We support every marketplace, every POS, and every consignment service so you'll get a behind-the-scenes view of how the secondary ticketing industry works.This is a in-office -position with a competitive salary, benefits, and plenty of room for advancement.
Primary responsibilities will be helping brokers use -1Ticket, troubleshooting issues with the secondary marketplaces, working with our dev team on new services, and generally becoming an expert on the secondary industry.Summary/ObjectiveThe Customer -Service -Representative is responsible for addressing the day-to-day needs of our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, answering basic service questions, giving demos of 1Ticket Services, advising clients on different solutions that may exist outside 1Ticket, working with major marketplaces (StubHub, Vivid, Ticketmaster, etc.), and other special projects. -The role combines the personal elements of speaking directly to clients with the broad knowledge we will teach you to help give them the best technology solutions possible. -Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the needs of our clients trough quality customer service.
  • Explaining the 1Ticket services to new and potential clients.
  • Offering advise about the secondary ticket industry and the various products and services available.
  • Other duties as needed.Position Requirements:
    • Strong written and oral communication
    • Moderate familiarity with basic computer applications: Windows, web browser, spreadsheets, email, document sharing, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Patience and ability to listen to clients' repetitive inquiries
    • Multi-tasking and time management
    • HTML Skills a plusKnowledge/Skill Requirements:
      • Required: High School degree with 2 years of related experience or an Associate's degree from an accredited institution
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google web applications (Chrome, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
      • Proficient computer and typing skills
      • Ability to work nights and weekends to accommodate the needs of the business
      • Preferred: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 1 year of related experiencePreferred Skills:
        • Knowledge of any broker POS: TNPOS11, SkyBox, POSNext, TradedeskPOS, Ticket Utils, DTI, SFC, Ticket Vault.
        • Experience with Ticketmaster or other primary ticketing providers.
        • Experience with secondary ticketing services: StubHub, Vivid, etc.
        • Ability to read logs (JSON, XML).
        • Experience with Jira.
