Description:
- Email request from key account managers and Paris line of
business
- Check for updates/Request from managers
- Trouble shooting
- Monthly intake reports
- General updates to the system (SAM/KAM) functions
- Phasing out an old system and integrating new - cleaning,
updating, cross referencing
- Using excel to create pivot tables and extract different data
metrics
- Interface with finance team and create data metrics using
multiple streams of data
- Internal customers who manage the different business lines
within Thales -

Position Summary:
- This position is the primary support to the NORAM Corporate
Business Development and Strategic & Key Account Management
(SAM/KAM) functions combining Regional Sales Operations and SAM/KAM
Plan and Opportunity analysis and preparation responsibilities.

- NORAM Regional Sales Operations Management
- Assist users with functional issues related to using GCRM +
T360
- Take the necessary steps with users to ensure that the business
data is consistent and of good quality
- Produce monthly reports as required by their respective sales
management (OIR, SER, scenario and other reports)
- Forward change requests and to central administration via KISS
platform
- Support GBU, BLs, Domains and sectors in their specific
issues.
- Support local functions with GCRM + T360 relevant data and
analysis.
- SAM/KAM Function Support
- Assist Strategic & Key Account Managers to build Account Plans
for review at NORAM CEO, GBU and EXCOM levels
- Support quarterly review and updates of designated Account
Plans above
- Perform targeted research and preparation of presentations &
materials supporting SAM/KAM Customer outreach
- Coordination among SAM/KAM and NORAM and BL Marketing teams

Travel:
Minimal to 10%; Quarterly -2 day visits to Arlington HQ office plus
additional meetings as required ( Candidate must be open to travel
as needed )

SKILLS:
- Min 3 years of experience in technology industry in either
business development, sales, marketing, finance or project
management roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or
related field
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills
- Robust data analytical and writing capabilities
- Strong facility with CRM application and all major MS Office -
Emphasis on Excel
- Well-developed network of Thales PoCs for Sales and GCRM
reporting - - - - - -

Must Haves:
- Business analytics
- Operations planning
- Advanced knowledge of Excel & CRM tools
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or
related field
