Job Summary :Responsible for setting appointments for estimates with prospective customers.Tasks and Responsabilities :Set appointments for estimates in a professional and friendly manner by contacting customers that have left their name at shows, events, malls, social media, web site or phone messageAnswer all incoming calls promptly, politely, and professionallyMaintain a success rate that meets or exceeds defined objectivesFollow up on all leads for which an appointment has not been set and attempt to book an estimate appointmentFollow up on all unsold estimates and either sell the job or set an appointment for a follow up sales appointmentEvaluate uninstalled new orders, identify opportunities for value added sales, and follow up with customerInput and maintain all data related to leads and scheduling in our CRM systemsConduct pre-appointment calls to targeted residential prospectsSchedule the Sales Consultant's post install quality control visitConduct regular follow up with all prospects who either have not had an estimate scheduled or have not yet purchased (by either phone calls, regular e-mails, newsletters, correspondence, etc.)Work assigned schedule including evenings and weekendsEffectively using computer workstations, various software and video conferencing (i.e. Zoom, Teams, Skype)Adhere to all safety policies and proceduresAbide by all Bath Fitter policies and proceduresAttend and participate in regular branch and/or regional meetings and training sessionsPrioritize work activities, uses time efficientlyProfessional Dress and/or uniform, neat in appearance, observing rules of good grooming and hygieneRegular Attendance and punctuality are requiredPerform other duties as assignedJob Requirements :Education and/or Experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED);1 to 2 years of call center or sales experienceThe primary physical demands of the Inside Sales Representative is sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing. Occasionally includes light work that includes moving objects up to 20 poundsLifting files and office equipment 1-30 time per day weighing 1-2 poundsStanding occasionallySitting frequently and constantlyWalking occasionally to communicate, greet customers, and file documentsBending/Twisting occasionally to file from seated/standing positionSquatting occasionally while filing from standing positionReaching above shoulder up to 54" with the visual boardsSeeing including near, far, and depthHearing to communicate with co-workers, customers, vendors, and hear announcementsTalking to communicate with co-workers, customers, and vendorsWearing proper PPE including mask, gloves, and headsetDemonstrated Skills :Able to speak clearly and persuasively; write clearly able to read and interpret written informationAbility to work collaboratively within the team for a common goalAble to demonstrate accuracy and completion; monitors own work to ensure quality.
