Job Description:

The partner to Market Leaders as the local coordinator of all growth enablement activities. Market Leads will support the execution, progression and analysis of the regional strategy, at the market level by partnering closely with Market Leadership, Client Management Leadership, Client Relationship Directors (CRDs) and Lead Relationship Managers (LRMs) in collaboration with LOB leads.The Role

  • Deliver insights and partner with sales leadership and marketing to execute growth themes locally
  • Manage and execute consistent approach to independent client first (ICF) and net promoter score (NPS) locally and report engagement for the market by client and by market/LOB
  • Identify, monitor and report clients at-risk at the market level to develop robust action plans
  • Execute growth priorities locally through growth planning, account planning and sales campaigns
  • Collaborate with regional and market leaders to strategize, develop and execute on complex campaigns to grow and retain our client base
  • Partner with market LOB leadership to identify target clients across all tiers to increase client integration
  • Determine action plans to be executed locally to improve client satisfaction results
  • Deliver client monitoring themes within the market and manage action plan against priorities
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations colleagues to drive growth activities and share best practices
  • Manage data integrity within enterprise client solution data (ECS) and CRM(s) to ensure client lead, team members, segmentation, pipeline and activities are represented accurately
  • Report CRM metrics such as pipeline analytics, activity and insights to drive sales actions
  • Manage and report annual sales goal development in partnership with finance
  • Deliver pipeline reporting in partnership with finance and uphold new business financial discipline
  • Act as local owner of CRM and sales tools by reviewing utilization and adherence
  • Utilize and partner with centers of excellence (COEs) to execute and project manage marketing, markets & client insights (MCI), RFP, contracting and reporting activities
  • Execute consistent implementation of Sales Operations activities locally
