Purely Driven.Position SummarySince 1997, our factory has been a leading producer of the nation's cat litter supply. Located on Tidy Cat Road, our 40-acre plant site is seamlessly connected to a clay mine, enabling efficient mining, processing, packaging, and shipping. Operating around the clock, we mass produce conventional and clumping cat litter, supplying the mid-Atlantic region with nearly a third of a million tons annually. Our culture of continuous improvement drives Tidy Cats product innovations, revolutionizing the cat litter category with LightWeight litter, combining strength with half the weight. Were also doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. Bring your talents to our King William plant where we collaborate to meet every challenge successfully and collectively.As a Forklift Operator, you will work to fully understand and perform forklift loader duties in outbound shipping and inbound receiving from the manufacturing department. You will perform a variety of tasks within our warehouse including loading and unloading trucks, case picking product and staging finished product as it is released from out packing area.This position will work on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm).Retrieve packaged products from the packaging department wrapper area to load onto outbound trailers or on warehouse racks (put-away), as determined by product ordersUnload inbound product and raw materials from inbound trailers to go to outbound trailers or on racks for put-awayPerform pre and post-shift operational inspections on assigned forklift dailyInspect trailers and product pallets prior to loading product onto trailersPerform product inventory, bin consolidation, and case pickMeet required efficiency targets based on operator levelRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED6+ months of experience in a fast-paced and performance measured environmentOther1+ year of forklift experience in production, manufacturing, military or related environment preferredDont meet all the qualifications listed under other?
