Duties As a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST (AM&E) at the GS-0343-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:--- Leads or Participates in discussions and briefings at various offices within Congress, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy (OUSD(P)), the Joint Staff, Department of State, and DSCA to advocate for and promote AM&E to resolve complex security cooperation (SC) and program challenges related to the program.--- Researches and analyzes developments and trends related to assessing the effectiveness of security strategies, programs, policies, and engagement.--- Analyzes new legislation, regulations, and policies and evaluates the impact on the AM&E program.--- Oversees and manages the program annual AM&E budget formulation and execution processesRequirements Conditions of Employment--- Must be a U.Scitizen--- Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service--- Resume and supporting documents (See How To Apply)--- Suitable for Federal employment, determined by a background investigation--- May be required to successfully complete a probationary period--- Work Schedule: Full Time--- Overtime: Occasionally--- Tour of Duty: Flexible--- Recruitment and Relocation Incentives: May be Authorized--- Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA): Exempt--- Financial Disclosure: Required--- Telework Eligibility: This position is telework eligible Qualifications You may qualify at the GS-14 grade level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: AOne year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:--- Providing leadership, expertise, and advice on management, development, and planning of the global assessment, monitoring and evaluation (AM&E) program--- Leading a diverse group of individuals ensuring assigned work is completed and goals are met--- Managing a program's annual budget formulation and execution processes--- Analyzing data to identify trends across fiscal years and programs and highlighting concerns and inefficienciesExperience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional;
