Representing the top commercial brokerage firms and agencies in the
United States and around the world, The Council is seeking a highly
motivated and data-driven Business Process Analyst to join our
team. In this role, you will drive the identification and the
business process flow of our organization's technological usage,
ensuring that our processes and systems achieve peak efficiency in
alignment with overarching organizational goals. This will lead to
documented recommendations for increasing effectiveness. Primary

exciting opportunity. Core Responsibilities: Work with staff and
vendors across various business units to determine business
requirements and identify areas for improvement through real-time
data analysis. Serve as a thought leader in technical business
processes, developing system proof of concept modeling and
recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity at multiple
levels. Collaborate with technology subject matter experts to
identify opportunities for new functionality, automation, and
system upgrades to optimize performance. Support the integration of
marketing technologies and platforms, ensuring they work cohesively
to support marketing efforts. Evaluate new and existing
technologies for compatibility and interoperability within the
organization's systems. Assist in the establishment and compliance
of standards and policies for managing information assets of all
types, guiding teams in creating, managing, analyzing, and
utilizing information. Lead change management efforts to ensure a
smooth transition during process improvements and technology
implementations. Provide training on standard hardware and
software, as well as specialized tools, using various delivery
methods, including remote group classroom sessions, one-on-one
training, group in person sessions, workshops, and live virtual
facilitation. Coordinate and ensure consistent new hire technology
orientation sessions across all offices, including relevant
training for new staff. Proactively communicate with end users to
clarify operational training-related issues, address them promptly,
and maintain accountability throughout resolution. Participate in
data gathering initiatives through surveys, focus groups and other
forums to gather feedback on services and member engagement to
identify areas for improvement. Conduct research and testing on
industry trends and market dynamics from a general business
perspective to provide insights for planning as needed. Acquire and
maintain a good understanding of The Council's compliance with data
privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, particularly in the data
collection and processing of personal data from members and other
stakeholders of The Council and its subsidiaries. Assist in
monitoring compliance and make recommendations for process
improvements to ensure compliance. Required Qualifications :
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Proven ability to
generate process documentation and reports. Excellent communication
skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making
skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and
commitment to delivering quality results. Basic operating knowledge
and interest in data privacy regulations and controls. Preferred
Qualifications : Demonstrated ability to manage projects and
conduct user testing. Experience with data visualization.
Experience in providing technical training. High proficiency in
technical writing. Basic Qualifications : Education: Bachelor's
degree (or equivalent). Experience: Five or more years of
experience in analytics and systems development, preferably in B2B.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using various marketing
technologies, tools, and platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing
Cloud, Google Analytics and Adobe Marketing Cloud, or similar
programs. Strong working knowledge of relevant applications such as
Salesforce, Pardot, and AWS. Physical Demands: Ability to read,
write, and review materials, along with the ability to fully
participate and interact in meetings. Travel: Infrequent overnight
travel required. Compensation details: 39-43 Hourly Wage
