Naval Program AnalystKey Role:Provide IT network and program
requirements analysis to support Navyas alignment to DoD network
architecture, including Consolidated Afloat Network Enterprise
Service (CANES), Secure Tactical Assured Command and Control
(STACC), and other Navy enterprise-wide IT and communications
programs. Research technical requirements and capabilities of
Navyas communication programs and networks and provide detailed
analysis of technical and funding requirements to senior Navy

leadership. Perform detailed financial analysis to provide
assessments of network capabilities and requirements to support and
defend Navy network investments during each phase of the Planning,
Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) cycle. Participate in
planning and support of Navy and DoD IT meetings to assess policy,
requirements, and financial data to accurately present Navy
positions to senior Navy leaders to inform critical decisions on
network strategy, requirements, policy, and investments. Interface
with numerous Navy and DoD IT network stakeholders and coordinate,
lead, and participate in stakeholder meetings.Basic
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with financial analytics, military
strategy project management, or data analytics
- Experience with PPBE and requirements generation process A
- Experience with DoD or Navy budgeting
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel
- Knowledge of IT network requirements, including Navy or DoD
services
- Ability to develop and brief material to senior client
leadership in support of decision making A A
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and creatively
to lead client initiatives A
- Secret clearance A
- HS diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications:
- Experience in working with Navy or Service staff as military,
civilian, or consultant, including Joint Staff, OPNAV, Fleet and
Type Commander, and Navy Systems CommandsA
- Experience with Department of Defense and Navy IT policies,
technical and network requirements, and architectureA
- Ability to contribute in a team-oriented environmentA
- Possession of excellent analytical skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication
skillsA
- Bachelor's degreeAClearance:Applicants selected will be subject

is determined by various factors, including but not limited to
location, the individualas particular combination of education,
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to
$102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of
Booz Allenas total compensation package for employees.Work ModelOur
