---Clearance Type: TS/SCIAERMOR LLC is seeking qualified candidates who will be responsible for acquiring weapons systems for the Air Force (AF) and serve as the Procurement and Service Acquisition Executive and acquisition representative on the Air Force Council. The candidate will be overseeing the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation and procurement of major Air Force platforms and systems.Responsibilities Include:

• Provide -oversight for investments and strategic partnerships. Support the general action items and taskers as ordered, as well as the strategic communication and pathfinder area of the - Air Force Research Lab (AFRL).
• Provide direction and control over the strategic goals of this program.
• Track, comprehend, and aid in the comprehension of AF policy, directives, and instructions. Maintain a digital archive of important documents for workers to refer to.
• Support on strategic communications, congressional requests, and requests from senior leadership throughout the AF and DoD.
• Support efforts to change legislation and policy.
• Identify and assess AFRL's internal/external communications requirements and processes to establish the information requirements.
• Maintain regular contact with AFRL to discuss strategic alliances.
• Evaluating and providing recommendations on the program's requirements, acquisition plans, documentation, phase transitions, supplemental data, and execution.
• Monitoring adherence to the declared program direction and identifying issues.
• Recognizing and investigating programmatic problems and trade-offs with regard to needed resources, expenses, and time constraints.
• Deliver rapid analysis of crucial programming challenges on short notice.
• Preparing PPBE documentation to ensure they accurately articulate the present programRequired Skills and Experience:
  • MA/MS Degree in a directly related field OR 12 years relevant work experience may be substituted for a MA/MS degree OR BA/BS degree plus 8 years relevant work experience may be substituted for a MA/MS degree.
  • Relevant acquisition experience in a System Program Office and/or HAF required. Experience in the DoD acquisition lifecycle, acquisition strategies, documents, and processes are highly desired.Powered by JazzHR
