information. -As a Service Technician, your primary
responsibilities include:
Assisting in the process of making
all units ready for move-inResponding to all resident work order
requests to quickly diagnose and correct any air conditioning,
heating, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing
issuesPerforming routine preventative maintenance on building
systemsInspecting the community daily to identify any items that
need maintenance or repairClearing snow and ice during inclement
weatherWorking a flexible schedule and sharing on-call duty which
requires responding to emergencies in 30 minutes or lessWhat You

also bring: -
High-school diploma or equivalent and
2 years of maintenance experience in apartments, hotels or similar
environment is preferredHVAC, CFC certification is preferred
(required at some communities) and plumbing and electrical
certification is preferredMust be able to diagnose and repair HVAC
equipment and appliances and have a working knowledge of plumbing
fixtures, basic electrical circuitry, carpentry and be skilled in
the use of power and hand tools (service technicians must supply
their own hand tools)Passion for providing exceptional customer
