Capability Requirements AnalystKey Role:Manage the client's repository of capability improvements across the system. Facilitate discussions with leadership and subject experts to help refine the client's definition of success and identify roadblocks. Use task tracking tools and collect compliance data, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis to senior leaders to help maintain a pace of improvement across the system. Answer queries from senior leadership and provide frequent quantitative or qualitative results they can use to monitor progress.Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Joint capability development at Service, agency, orJoint ForceHQs
• Knowledge of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and JCIDS artifacts
• Knowledge of the DoD military services medical operational capabilities and doctrine
• Ability to work independently and perform in-depth analysis of medical capabilities
• Ability to communicate with senior military flag officers and SES-level civilians
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:
  • Experience with the Joint Staff Knowledge Management and Decision Support system
  • Experience with Capability-Based Assessments
  • TS/SCI clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD).
