Military Veterans and individuals with disabilities -are encouraged to apply! - -About This Role:Federal Advisory Partners (F-A-P) DBA -Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Staff II -Consultant! -We are looking for candidates who possess a tendency towards action, have innovative ideas and the ability to anticipate where a client's needs may be 12 months from now to achieve extraordinary results. -Responsibilities:

Demonstrates knowledge of the client organization, strategic goals, governance structure and overall client environment. Conducts analysis to identify market and other macro trends that impact client business operations, and shares knowledge both internally and externally, as appropriateActively participates within project team(s). Seeks guidance and feedback from team members regarding work products, client needs and internal deliverables, and provides feedback to team members on deliverables and individual performance, as appropriateLeads tasks and may manage small teams as part of larger projects and deliverablesAdheres to all established project processes, procedures and guidelines regarding resources and how to use them. Communicates with leadership regarding resource needs and communicates changesExecutes project management principles and adheres to defined work plans while maintaining all established timelines and deliverable deadlinesDevelops effective internal and external presentations and skillfully facilitates client and internal team meetingsAbility to meet internal and external deadlines by efficiently managing time, prioritizing tasks and utilizing available resourcesAccurately documents client communications and shares information with the project team -The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:
