Acquisition Intellectual Property Analyst, SeniorKey Role:Serve as a program analyst for an Army agency managing acquisition strategy and reform with a focus on Intellectual Property issues. Work as a member of a team reviewing acquisition-related documentation, policies, law, regulations, and current practices. Develop recommendations on changes to accelerate the acquisition process and make recommendations on change implementation. Provide analysis and recommendations, attend working groups, integrated product teams (IPTs), and other planning meetings in support of the mission, and develop executive-level summaries of meetings. Identify, analyze, and evaluate information to support systemic changes to rapidly field future Army capabilities.Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience withDoD acquisition programs
• Experience with supporting DoD Intellectual Property issues, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, technical data and computer software deliverables, and associated license rights
• Ability to learn and develop acquisition milestone documentation
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:
  • Experience with an Army Program Executive Office (PEO) or program, project, or product manager support
  • Experience with DoD 5000 .02 regulations
  • Experience with Legal IP matters, including negotiation
  • Knowledge of Acquisition Intellectual Property policies
  • Knowledge of Army staff procedures and DoD acquisition regulations and instructions

The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD).
