Analyst/Sr Analyst: -Innovation and Entrepreneurship -If you're

consult, advise and connect inventors, scientists, entrepreneurs
and corporate ventures to bring government lab technologies to the
commercial world. Since our inception in 2015, we have trained 2k+
scientists/inventors in entrepreneurship, launched 80+ companies
and accelerated over 200 startups. We work with DOD, NASA, DOE, VA,
USDA and NIH technologies, tech transfer offices and scientists.
With the US government focus and increased funding to innovate
solutions to our climate crisis, US manufacturing, clean energy,

entrepreneurship to make an impact in the world. The Analyst/Sr.
Analyst Innovation and Entrepreneurship contributes to experiential
learning and coaching programs to empower inventors and
entrepreneurs to leverage human-centered design, agile and lean
startup methodologies and practices to improve the potential
success of their ideas, de-risk future investment and commercialize
their venture. -What you will do:
Support multi-tiered entrepreneurship
education and coaching programs that have a major impact on the
success of commercializing research and innovation within the
government labs and other organizationsContribute to the
development of experiential workshops then support the interactive
sessions -Support inventors and entrepreneurs with product
development due diligence, company formation and fundingDevelop
presentations, reports and content using ppt and other creative
software (beautiful.ai, canva, etc.)Manage project plans, stay
extremely organized and focused on details of program
executionResearch industry and markets to help advise market timing
and trends.Manage client engagements, calls/meetings to include set
up, taking minutes, and managing follow-upsCollaborate with team
members in delivering intrapreneurial programsJob sharing with
other programs within our portfolio to create program synergies and
build your expertiseParticipate in professional development
activities like human centered design, new product development,
business/finance and entrepreneurship. We are 100% committed to
growing your skill set to be an entrepreneurAbout you:
1-2+ years -(analyst may not have
direct work experience) of experience involving innovation and/or
product development and/or with consulting/research supplier
(research, design and innovation) OR 1-2 yrs experience in business
admin/analysis/financeCompletion of a bachelor's degree -Working
knowledge of human-centered design/design research, agile & lean
startup principles, product development best practices, business
models evaluation/developmentWorking knowledge of the project
management process to ensure we deliver initiatives on-time with
attention to details. -Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills -Loves meeting new people and building strong relationships
with a wide range of people (e.g., scientist, corporate executive,
entrepreneur, investor, government, etc.).Exhibits positive and
enthusiastic attitude; loves working in a fast-paced and fluid
environment and can work under tight deadlines with a positive
attitude.Medium to expert level in Excel and other MS Office
software. Must be fluent in modern office software. - -Tech savvy.
Expert in a handful of SAAS systems and interested in learning
more.Deeply curious, empathetic, and methodical.You don't need to
be an engineer, but we look for the ability to quickly absorb new
technical concepts and think critically about them.Ability to
travel up to 10% of the timeThrive in a collaborative Arlington, VA
office environment, this is not a remote working position.What we

this time.Compensation:Flexible. Upside in bonus, rapid career
progression, and ability to earn equity.
