Position Overview: LINGO Solutions is a sister company of STEMBoard, LLC. LINGO Solutions is seeking a Business Development Associate to develop and expand LINGO's presence in the US and abroad. Our team is committed to closing the opportunity gap in STEM among historically underrepresented youth on a global scale. Client list includes schools, Federal-funded TRIO Programs, government/defense agencies and Fortune 500 partners. Lingo is looking eCommerce Merchandiser to join our growing Marketing team that is focused on driving retail direct-to-consumer sales, improving the web shopping experience and managing web content for effective merchandising and online brand experiences. The eCommerce Operations Analyst will be responsible for implementing, executing, and managing web initiatives across multiple projects that will influence organic site traffic, improve conversion rates, and drive incremental revenue. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
• Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
• Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
• Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
• Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
• Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
• Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
• Reporting on the utility of existing and novel strategies. Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in management, business, information systems, or similar
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a professional work environment
  • Completion of a pertinent sales qualification is preferred.
  • Extensive experience as an e-commerce manager/analyst.
  • Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
  • Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
  • Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
  • Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
