- 4+ years of experience with Information Systems Security or
Cybersecurity
- Experience with IT threats, attacks, or vulnerabilities
- Knowledge of analytic threat models MITRE ATT&CK, Pyramid
of Pain, Diamond Model, or Cyber Kill Chain
- Knowledge of network security architecture concepts, including
topology, protocols, components, principles, and well-known
networking protocols and services, including FTP, HTTP, SSH, SMB,
and LDAP
- Knowledge of analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 203
and ICD 206
- Knowledge of Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs)
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Top Secret clearance
- Associate's degree
- IAT or IAM Level II Certification Nice If You Have:
- Experience with the IC and its products, procedures, and
computer networks
- Experience with Packet analysis tools, including tcpdump,
Wireshark, and ngrep
- Ability to perform queries on indicators and characteristics,
including Message-Digest Algorithm 5 (MD5), Secure Hash Algorithm 1
(SHA1), IP Addresses, file size, file name, and file paths
- Ability to proactively search and identify indicators of
compromise (IOCs) and anomalous behavior
- Ability to conduct classified and unclassified research using
appropriate tools
- Ability to extract threat data, including IP's, domains, ports,
malware, and malicious communications from multiple sources
- Possession of strong verbal and written communication
skills
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- IAT or IAM Level III Certification Clearance: Applicants
selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need
to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified

determined by various factors, including but not limited to
location, the individual's particular combination of education,
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to
$186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of
Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Work
