About The Role:

ARC is hiring a Product Analyst to work in conjunction with one or
more product managers to conduct on-going analysis of the business,
operating/billing practices, and process flows of ARC products to
establish product processes and identify improvement opportunities
that are aligned with the strategic objectives of the products and
of ARC. In this role, you will provide billing support, customer on
boarding support, content management, customer reporting and data
analysis related to the product. You will also assist in the
development of business requirements documents, maintain product
roadmaps, execute on the product marketing plans, etc.
What You'll Get to Do:
Help to develop product plans, roadmaps, business requirements
documents, manage content on the product's web site, support
marketing deliverables and other market communication
activities.
Develop processes and operational requirements for customer
onboarding and commission payment processing.
Work with the sales and finance department to establish and conduct
customer billing operations and coordinate invoicing for supplier
and/or vendor payments along with product marketing plan
execution.
Work with the sales, marketing, and other teams on defining product
reporting requirements, product data quality standards, web
analytics, and conduct product-level analysis in support of the
product manager.
Understand the underlying technical aspects of the supported
products, work with Business Technology to identify solutions to
customer requirements, support monthly operational processes and
reporting needs of product(s) through regularly scheduled data
analytics, ad hoc reporting, product database maintenance, and
operational processes maintenance and improvements as needed.
Make technical product presentations, demonstrate how a product
will meet client needs and attend industry trade shows on
occasion.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent work experience
required
2+ years in an analyst role, preferably supporting software
products
Knowledge of product strategies and value propositions
Experience with elements of digital marketing that encompass
content management on a website, email marketing, marketing
campaigns, editorial calendar management etc.
Defining product, projects and marketing campaigns success metrics
and execution
Web analytics
Microsoft Access database
Experience on working with mobile apps is a plus
