In this role, you will enhance our team of workforce and organizational change management experts who advise our clients on how best to create, develop and support the workforce of the future. We are hiring at multiple levels to support these critical engagements, seeking both 1099 and W-2 resources.   • Preparing presentations and requirements/tools to guide stakeholder meetings and discussions
  • Interviewing clients and their stakeholders to gather information and collect data about existing human resources systems and processes
  • Conducting and documenting effective process mapping to identify opportunities for future systems improvements
  • Developing and/or supporting the development of system improvement strategies and courses of action
  • Understanding of strategic communications, and how to guide organizational change with effective communications planning and execution
  • Crafting client-ready deliverables that clearly communicate change initiatives, and ensure effective training for organizational members throughout system enhancements/implementations
  • Supporting day-to-day client delivery, understanding, identifying, and articulating the engagement value to team and clientsYou'll arrive equipped with:
    • A Bachelor's degree
    • 7+ years of change management leadership, specifically within human capital and human resources systems
    • Experience planning, implementing, and managing change across complex organizations, ideally in the DoD environment
    • Proven ability to perform process mapping, solution development and analysis, training and implementation
    • Deep experience and understanding of Human Resources systems requirements
    • Understanding of strategic communications, and how to guide organizational change with effective communications planning and execution
    • Ability to work effectively with a group or independently
    • U.S. citizenship (the nature of our work with the federal government limits our hiring to U.S. citizens)
    • Flexibility to commute regularly within the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and travel out-of-town (up to 20%). Hybrid work environment anticipated, to include on-site and virtual locations.We'll equip you with:
