The Business Analyst will develop a thorough understanding of the
customer's requirements and applies industry best
practices/detailed digital platform knowledge to design an optimal
solution that supports the business process and meets or exceeds
the functional requirements. You will work hand in hand with
customer stakeholders to define business processes and
requirements, as well as support the development team to translate
the vision of the customer's requirements and help with
configuration of the solution. You will also participate in the
planning and execution of testing efforts.
Here's what you need:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in one of the following
areas: requirements gathering and decomposition, business and/or
system and process design, development and/or automation
- Experience in ensuring that project deliverables meet business
requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned
- US Citizenship required
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Experience working on enterprise-scale information technology
- Ability to function in a fast-paced collaborative environment
and work independently
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture
Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum
compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual
compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but
not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office
location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay
for this role is $65,200 to $87,799 and information on benefits
