Job Summary:Targeted Victory is looking for an individual to work on the Operations team to support our Political Client Strategy team as the company continues to grow in this area. You will be responsible for coordinating and providing operational and administrative support for our growing number of political teams. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment, with great communication skills, keen attention to detail, great time management, and the ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple internal teams to achieve administrative objectives within our Political division. The individual must be detail oriented and proactive, always being solution oriented in coming up with the best and most efficient ways to continually improve.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational and administrative workflow of political client teams, providing feedback on process improvement where needed
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure financial and legal compliance is up to date
• Work with the Political account leads, Operations Team, and Accounting Team to help streamline the monthly billing process
• Assist the Business Development team in tracking all proposal related projects
• Assist the company's Head of Advertising in operations related tasks and own communications with advertising vendors and our Accounting Team as it relates to status of payables made
• Data entry and ensure data integrity in Salesforce of all new and existing business opportunities
• Support the Operations Team by keeping a pulse on the team's bandwidth across client accounts, have rolling awareness of staffing needs
• Oversee the client onboarding process from an operational perspective, from contract submission through launch
• Manage the company's marketing materials, working with the operations and creative teams to keep them up to date for the political teams to use
  Position Requirements:This position is for individuals who are self-starters driven to follow new marketing trends and opportunities, and should have:
  
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of previous professional working experience in an administrative, project management, or account management capacity (can be across internships)
  • Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications
  • Team player, leader, and eager to help where needed
  • High level of motivation and ability to thrive in campaign-style work environment
  • Willing to work flexible hours and be responsive when necessary
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Ability to grasp new skills quickly
