PeopleSoft Senior Business Analyst

success. The major part of this job is to gather requirements from
business users and work with the technical team to implement
solutions in PeopleSoft in an efficient manner
Your future duties and responsibilities
Develop requirement documents, configuration documents, design
documents, technical specification documents, knowledge transfer,
and training documents.
Perform fit-gap analysis to determine implementation
approaches.
Work with the Business stakeholders, IT development team, Testing
team, and facilitate End-user testing for the successful
implementation of People soft solutions.
Collaborate with developers and quality assurance to test and
verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
Collaborating with clients and CGI colleagues to define project
scope, effort estimates, and assumptions.
Perform PeopleSoft configuration change, testing, training, and
rollout activities.
Managing changing requirements, including documenting changes, and
assessing their impact on the overall project.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties when designated from time to time.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
PeopleSoft functional experience Financial, HR, and EPM. -
Required.
Expertise in leading activities related to business process
analysis, modeling, design and optimization for process automation
and management as aligned with business strategy and objectives
Ability to lead discussions and facilitate meetings with clients,
including senior leadership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with Microsoft product suite (Project, Word, Excel,
OneNote, Visio and SharePoint).
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or
related field.
General understanding of the full application lifecycle from
inception through maintenance.
Experience in modeling requirements using any of the modeling
techniques like Functional Decomposition, Activity Diagrams,
Workflow modeling, Use Cases, Process Modeling, Prototyping.
Strong problem solving skills.
Experience applying Agile practices.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment at various
times.
Work well in a team environment.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Scrum Master Certification
Minimum Years of directly related experience Required: 5 years
Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree
