the Commercial Development (CD) team with ad-hoc reporting as well
as other administrative activities in the CD organization (e.g.
sales presentations, communications, SDB writing, CAP development
support, etc.)Primary Responsibilities:Provide support to CD
Manager (CDM) in developing 4P tactics for the channel and/or
customer to include: Brand Objectives, Growth Drivers, Category
Roadmap Strategies, Activation Tactics, New Item Plan by
channel/customer from Brand plan, Shopper Marketing insights and
tactics into the CAP.Partner with the Hub for standardized reports,
Insights on the business, and Category growth driving opportunities
in support of the CD teamSupports CDM in providing category and
segment insight to selected customersProvides feedback to field
sales on segment business development opportunitiesSupervises and
communicates the results of initiatives to field sales and
customers.Develops Valued Capabilities: Improving selling
capabilities and adding customer value through improved analytics
and insights, and continuous improvementSupports CDM in the
development of Commercial Action Plan (CAP) presentations for
deploymentKey Experiences:18 months of experience in retail sales
requiredProficiency in Excel and PowerPointHigh level of
independent analytical skillsAbility to meet or exceed critical
metric goalsTime Management and Presentation SkillsTakes the
initiative to execute with minimal supervisionChallenges current
processes, generating innovative suggestions that improve
performance even beyond own roleTakes immediate action to resolve
issues or potential issues, ensuring partners are properly
communicated to about the potential impactBoldly finds
opportunities beyond what is expected in own rolePuts in persistent
and if necessary, extra effort to accomplish goals and maintain a

Business Processes and Fundamentals (Sales/Distribution, Customer

Coordinated Commercial Planning, Nestl-- Management and Leadership
