Position SummaryAs a Consumer Insights Sr. Analyst, you will help co-pilot the Refrigerated Creamer business in our Beverage Division under the guidance of a Consumer and Marketplace Insights Manager or Sr Manager. Leveraging a variety of sources, both syndicated and custom, you will lead the discovery of category, consumer, cultural, and competitive high-impact insights to identify and drive key brand strategies and opportunities that win in the marketplace.ResponsibilitiesWork with key stakeholders to identify key learning needs/gaps then frame, design, analyze studies with vendor partners to help team understand consumers POV.Develop and consistently review brand learning plan to identify the most impactful areas of learning.Influence brand decisions and help brands understand what is happening in the marketplace by creating insights through syndicated research/market data, (e.g. Nielsen POS, IRI, panel data) as well as primary / custom research (qualitative and quantitative studies) that drive understanding of 'why behind the what'Mine and dig for key insights from various data sources to create compelling business story using what/so what/now what framework.Serve as consumer advocate to drive empathy/understanding across the business team by clearly articulating the consumer voice and providing thought partnership with brand management.Deep understanding of brand's consumer target, category landscape, brand benefit and reasons-to-believe.Have a business-owner mindset rather than a researcher mindset, be motivated and vested in the big-picture impact of research and insights.Build strong relationships and collaboration with key stakeholders across brands, vendor partners, and broader consumer insights team.Work with Managers and Directors to prioritize and deliver on key projectsManage projects within approved budgetRequirementsB.A./B.S. in Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent degree requiredRelevant Master's degree or MBA preferred but not necessary3+ years of marketing research or other relevant experiencePassionate about helping businesses drive strategy and make a differencePositive, go-getter attitude and ability to juggle multiple projects with keen attention to detail in a timely mannerConsumer packaged goods company experience a plusHands-on experience across an array of custom quantitative and qualitative research methodologies a plus.Arlington, VA, US, 22209
