Where applicable, confirmation that you meet customer requirements for facility access which may include proof of vaccination and/or attestation and testing, unless an accommodation has been approved.Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureManTech is seeking an Information Environment Program Analyst to join our growing team supporting our USMC intel contract in Arlington, VA (Pentagon).This position requires an active DOD TS/SCI clearance (In DISS).As an Information Environment Program Analyst, you will manage the action tracking systems and direct and oversee the receipt, tasking, tracking and closure of all internal and external tasks.General Responsibilities :--- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I) in its role as an advocate for functional and unit areas outlined in MCO 5311.6.--- Maintain the DC I Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group (MIG) Operational Advisory Group (OAG) and Marine Corps Information Environment Enterprise (MCIEE) Board SharePoint sites, and other electronic tools as necessary, to disseminate Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) Board, Operational Advisory Group (OAG), and Working Group (WG) files.--- Facilitate bi-monthly Secure Video Teleconferences (SVTC) with the MIG, Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC), and Marine Corps Cyberspace Warfare Group (MCCYWG) commanders and provide updates to the Director of the DC I Information Maneuver Division (IMD) as required.--- Facilitate the monthly SVTC with Fleet Marine Force (FMF) and Marine Force (MARFOR) OIE Commanders, and provide updates to the Director of the DC I IMD as required.--- Consolidate OAG Working Group progress to facilitate monthly SVTCs with MIG Action Officers (AO), and provide updates to the Director of the DC I IMD as required.--- Coordinate the time, location, and agenda of MIG and MCIEE Executive Steering Committee (ESC) meetings, using virtual means as needed.--- Plan, coordinate, and execute aforementioned SVTCs--- Serve as Secretariat for the quarterly three-star general officer MCIEE Board. Assist the DC I Executive Staff with the planning, coordination, and execution of the event.--- Plan and coordinate the semi-annual DC I MIG OAG.--- Serve as Secretariat for the annual DC I Information Summit/ Board. Assist the DC I Executive Staff with the planning, coordination, and execution of the event.--- Provide administrative and logistical assistance to the DC I Executive Staff and Information Maneuver Division in support of the MIG OAG, MCIEE Board, and Information Summit/ Board.--- For the above meetings, develop official calling and results messages, invitations, Conference Support Packages, Charters, Letters of Instruction, Memorandums for the Record, briefing materials, stakeholder registry, and venue coordination. Disseminate all programmatic documentation to stakeholders as required by the DC I and Executive Staff.--- Record notes and action items throughout the above meetings and disseminate to stakeholders.--- Maintain overall awareness of subordinate OAG and WG schedules and items of interest. Provide suggestions on DC I participation in these events.--- Provide suggestions to the DC I Executive Staff and Director of IMD for stakeholder participation in all OAGs, ESCs, boards, and meetings as required.--- Build briefs for IMD Director as necessary, to assist with incorporation of capability areas in OIE planning.--- Write and update IMD policy memos and correspondence.--- Serve as liaison between DC I and stakeholders for all efforts listed above.Minimum Requirements:--- Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Business-related discipline and 10 years within any Government agency or 5 years within IC or DoD OR Associate's Degree in any discipline and 10 years within IC or DoD--- Experience in program management--- Knowledge of IC/DoD organizational structure, mission, vision, culture, values, philosophy and operating principles--- Experience working with senior executives at multiple organizational levels--- In-depth knowledge and understanding of DoD/IC issues, policies, programs and procedures affecting the customer and its mission--- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications--- Skill to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment while maintaining flexibility and versatilityPhysical Requirements:--- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time--- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.--- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a scanners/VTC/etc.For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
