Responsibilities
ResponsibilitiesPROVIDE ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS SUPPORT SERVICES
a) Provide the following administrative management support for the organization units assigned:
b) Perform data collection, processing, and analysis in support of DTRA management systems (e.g., Action Tracker, EIS), including analyses of quantitative and qualitative survey data.
c) Manage the flow of classified and unclassified correspondence.
d) Produce, coordinate, and distribute unclassified and classified documents.
e) Coordinate, distribute, and maintain facsimile records. The contractor shall program and operate speed dial on fax machines.
f) Maintain the calendar for senior management program officials. The contractor shall keep senior management and staff members informed of relevant organizational events.
g) Distribute and track DTRA's action items to appropriate program and departmental elements.
h) Review, screen, control, and maintain records, and coordinate responses on incoming correspondence.
i) Edit and produce final copies of formal correspondence, correspondence summaries, briefings, reports, and a wide variety of other analytical, process flow, narrative, tabular, and statistical documents and financial spreadsheets.
j) Review documents for official signature, coordination or concurrence, accuracy and completeness, and conformance with style, format, or procedural requirements and guidelines.
k) Establish and maintain office files and databases, including electronic data files architecture consistent with industry standard file storage/structure methodologies.
l) Assist in preparing Interagency meetings or conferences and setting up teleconferences and videoconferences.
m) Coordinate training for organizational personnel assigned.
n) Coordinate long-distance travel for organizational staff personnel assigned.
o) Assist with official visitor arrangements.
p) Oversee all office administrative functions for the organizational units assigned.
q) Draft and maintain administrative items such as contact lists and shared calendars, as needed.
r) Perform writing, editorial, and layout services; graphic design; high-resolution scanning; and all other steps necessary to provide final digital output for brochures or other publications.
s) Interface with other support services including internal and external organizational POCs.
t) Support in-processing FOIA requests and respond to external (e.g., DoD IG) and GAO reports.
u) Support legislative analysis, tracking, and administrative support to facilitate DTRA's programmatic activities.
v) Review and edit transcripts, prepare various briefing materials and books, and develop reports and analytical tools including side-by-side comparisons and summary documents.
w) Assist and facilitate program offices in the development of strategic plans, business plans, and long-term planning documents with activities including facilitating group meetings, meeting preparations, providing drafts of meeting minutes, road-mapping activities, and desktop publishing.

Qualifications
Qualifications - Required

  • 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree
  • Active TS/SCI
  • Must be based in the DC Metro Area/Northern Virginia
