Job Description:

The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing deep data analysis support, maintaining systems, organizing information, and providing reports to the sales organization. This role is ideal for someone with a deep analytical background who is experienced working with large datasets and providing meaningful insights. Reporting to the Director, Sales - Expansion this role supports the acquisition and retention of new clients.
You Will:

  • Responsible for synthesizing data and providing actionable insights to assist the sales team.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports for individuals and teams.
  • Work cross-functionally across the business to support contracts and report on data collected throughout the sales cycle.
  • Partners closely with sales leadership on presentations to assist in improving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Support sales enablement by maintaining databases and systems for accurate reporting.
  • Support the Sales and Revenue Manager on maintaining database and systems.
  • Provide support to the Sales department with administrative tasks as needed. You Have:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, marketing or related field
    • 2+ years performing quantitative analysis
    • Strong usage of Excel, SQL, or other tools; SFDC experience a plus
    • Strong communication skills, comfortable explaining complex insights and making connections between data and real-world examples
