Job Description:

Our Business Transformation consultants will leverage their experience to assist clients in the execution of strategic and operations consulting. Team members will be involved in all aspects of the delivery of client services to help our clients in the implementation of their strategy to deliver high quality and more efficient capabilities to include process reengineering, analytics and digitalization.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assists with various Business Transformation projects including (but not limited to): functional optimization, operations or performance improvement, business process improvement, change management, program or project management, data analytics, business analysis, system design, Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Conduct analyses of our client's business-related organizations, operating models, processes, applications and infrastructure and formulate recommendations and roadmaps to improve our client's functions. -
• Supports projects across the project lifecycle from current state documentation, gap analysis, requirements gathering, future state design, testing, training and implementation across the organizational, process, technology and data dimensions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, and work internally across Clarendon Partners advisory teams to help bring our clients the most comprehensive, end-to-end digital transformation services to effectively address their business challenges.
• Bring strong analytical and communication skills (written as well as verbal). Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. -
• Opportunity to manage, mentor, and coach other consultants, and perform quality control reviews of staff work before delivery to client.

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience advising commercial companies in one or more of the following areas: business function optimization, operations improvement, business process improvement, change management, program or project management, data analytics, robotic process automation (RPA)
  • Prior experience in professional services (public accounting or advisory firm), preferably at a large, global accounting firm or with a management consulting firm
  • Working knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall)
  • Business acumen with a strong understanding of accounting and business processes, as well as information systems
  • Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
  • Creativity, confidence, and flexibility
  • High energy, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit -EDUCATION
    • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting or other technical discipline -PREFERRED SKILLS:
      • PMP, CPA, CIA, CFA, CA, CISA, CISM, CIPP
      • Knowledgeable of reporting/visualization software (e.g. Business Objects, Tableau), databases (e.g. SQL), and/or RPA solutions (e.g. Automation Anywhere, UiPath)
