• Work with functional client teams and IT teams to understand requirements.
• Develop meaningful requirements based on client needs.
• Provide system support by receiving, analyzing and routing tickets to appropriate resolving groups.
• Document User Acceptance Test scenarios.
• Review test scenarios and use cases developed by other groups.
