Work you'll do:

• Provide technical support services and troubleshooting for client and internal IT systems
• Ensure the configuration of all client desktop hardware and software systems and provide proactive ongoing maintenance
• Responsible for vulnerability and patch management as well as ensuring security system compliance across multiple environments
• Ensure network connectivity throughout LAN/WAN and telecommunication infrastructure
• Authoring system documentation including SOPs, knowledgebase articles, as-built guides Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience with Help Desk Ticket System administration, management, and reporting
  • 3+ years' IT Help Desk and System Admin support expertise (Tier 1/2, client side and infrastructure administration and maintenance)
  • Previous experience with Network Management System software configuration and reporting
  • Strong experience with server/desktop patching, vulnerability and patch management system remediation
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Desired Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College or University
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills
    • Experience in administering, maintaining, supporting Type-1 crypto equipment preferred
    • Demonstrated expertise in providing System Admin functions including basic Active Directory, user account management, backup system software, Citrix/VMware troubleshooting, device configuration (VoIP phones, printer, switch, router, VTC) The team Systems Engineering Our Systems Engineering team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition.
