WWC Global is seeking an experienced Policy Data Technician to provide Policy and Correspondence and Task System (CATMS) supporting the Strategy, Policy, and Enterprise Assessment (SPEA) Directorate for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)).Responsibilities -* Provide technical support to OUSD(I&S) Primary and Alternate Policy Focal Points and the Policy Division in the execution of the DoD Issuance process. * Review incoming coordination requests for DoD and IC policies and post to NIPRNet or SIPRNet policy portals as appropriate. Assign coordination of DoD and IC polies to actions officers per the Primary and Alternate Policy Focal Points pre-determined portfolio assignments.* Coordinate classified issuances via email, as appropriate. Establish coordination suspense consistent with DoDI 5025.01 guidelines. Work with appropriate help desk personnel to grant SharePoint account (OUSD(I&S) Policy Portal) access requests for OUSD(I&S), Direct Reports, and Defense Agencies. Authenticate external users and request the creation of active directory accounts, assign user and group permission levels. Provide administrative site maintenance (including updating the front page), providing helpdesk support, and data entry.* Maintain archival copies electronic of OUSD(I&S) key policy documents and policy office files consistent with National Archives and Records Administration Records Information Management program. Provide Director, SPEA, Primary and Alternate Policy Focal Points reports and extracts of outstanding actions from the OUSD(I&S) and WHS portals as required.* Maintain and edit SharePoint items and lists. Task, prepare, and maintain the OUSD(I&S) annual Policy Work Plan, and DoD Chief Management Officer's annual issuance report, as appropriate. Provide updated weekly summary of internal and external issuances to Primary and Alternate Policy Focal Points. Schedule and facilitate Policy team meetings. Receive, process, and assign tasks via CATMS, tracking and reporting status to SPEA Directorate leadership.* Develop and manipulate forms/documents in Adobe Acrobat.
