Description SAIC is seeking a Part-Time MISS TO Program Analyst in Rosslyn, VA to support the Army National Guard and the broader military intelligence community on the Military Intelligence Services Support (MISS) Contract.Note: This role offers temporary work from home/ remote/ virtual work at home due to COVID-19. Eventually the work will go back on site in Rosslyn, VA.Job Duties:* Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.* Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.* Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.* Responsibilities may include developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participating in, establishing and defining program plan requirements.* Participates in the development of solutions to a variety of problems moderate in scope and complexity. Often refers to policies, procedures and practices for guidance.* Advise and assist customer on messaging and communication strategy.* Organize data and craft time-sensitive reports obtained from open and closed sources.Qualifications Required Education and Experience* Bachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience; OR Masters and one (1) years or more experience.* Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain as Top Secret/SCI* 3 years' experience with tools for creating visual content and graphics.* Demonstrated ability to write and communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.* Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. * Advise and assist customer on messaging and communication strategy.* Experience writing, editing and presenting to various audiences, in particular the Army National Guard, U.S. Army, the Military Intelligence community, and/or research agency.OverviewSAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's modernization and readiness challenges.
