Job Description Job Description Job details: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our B2B marketing strategy with a strong focus on demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact. This role will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, ABM, events, and field marketing, to drive high-quality leads and measurable business outcomes. The Marketing Director will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, improve lead conversion, and strengthen market presence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B marketing within IT, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments, along with expertise in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and data-driven campaign optimization. Key Requirements: - 12 years of experience in B2B marketing - Strong experience in demand generation and pipeline growth - Background in IT / SaaS / enterprise technology - Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce) - Proven ability to drive marketing-sourced revenue and lead conversion Company Description Zobility (RGBSI), is dedicated to providing the highest quality of services to our clients and employees.
