In this pivotal role, you will not only install solar panels but also spearhead projects, oversee installations, and mentor junior team members. • Lead solar panel installations, overseeing the entire process from planning to execution.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance are maintained throughout all projects.
• Mentor and train junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring seamless project execution.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize project efficiency and deliver exceptional results.

• Uphold company guidelines and industry standards to deliver superior customer satisfaction.Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in solar installation with a strong track record of leadership and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, safety consciousness, and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions and challenging environments.
