If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator with Top Secret Clearance to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).Position Overview and Responsibilities:

• Process approximately 500-600 monthly invoices for voice services
• Manage billing discrepancies working closely with Commercial Discrepancies
• Serve as Field Office Liaison for trouble reporting for some of our field offices
• Order voice services associated with projects and establish vendor relationships, assisting through the implementation process
• Assist with maintenance troubles; help the field report their own trouble to the local vendor
• Assist with services funding issues to ensure the flow of money to pay bills, working closely with Finance
• Assist the PMs with orders
• Process SIP service requests
• Maintain on-premise service records on an ongoing basisBasic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience on VOIP projects
• Minimum 3 months of experience utilizing JIRA
• BS/BA or equivalent experience with telecommunications services
• Active Top Secret Clearance requiredPreferred Qualifications:
