  • Respond promptly to customers' needs by discussing treatment options and preparing financial arrangements with patients, including financial discussions with delinquent accounts
  • Effectively communicate to sell and close financial presentations
  • Assist with phone calls and patient check-out

    • Previous experience in an orthodontic practice is a plus
