As a Digital Engineering Lead practitioner on our team, you'll have the chance to lead the development and upgrades of aerospace systems across multiple defense, civilian, and space domains by leading digital engineering and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) activities. You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with systems engineering activities
• 2+ years of experience with the use or application of MBSE tools or a project that uses these products
• Experience leading engineering teams
• Knowledge of core systems and digital engineering concepts regarding the use of engineering models across the lifecycle, authoritative lifecycle data, toolchains, digital threads, and digital twins
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or TechnologyNice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting engineering tools, including Dassault 3DS, SBE Vision, IBM DOORS, Jama Connect, ModelCenter, TeamCenter, MATLAB, or STK, and CAD tools, including CATIA and SolidWorks
  • Experience in a Department of Defense aerospace program acquisition office
  • Experience conceptualizing military problems, decomposing high-level missions systems modeling, and developing detailed designs in a systems model in support of product development
  • Experience developing and executing model-based testing using the systems model with linked engineering tools
  • Knowledge of linking analytical and engineering tools in a digital thread
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree in Engineering
  • SysML OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) Certification
  • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including CSEP or ASEP Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
