Job Description:
Visitor Screening - Arlington National Cemetery Visitor
Screening will -provide screening for visitors and their personal
bags/carryalls -for prohibited items.Employees performing duties at
the site are Ambassadors of Arlington National Cemetery, and are
expected to display superior quality customer service skills at all
times, including the ability to communicate clearly, coherently,
professionally, and respectfully regardless of the situation.
-Candidates must possess:
-Employees in these positions will be required to work outside and
to be standing on their feet and/or walking for extended periods of
time.
- -Each shift is approximately 10 hours, and it is normal for
employees to be on their feet or to be walking for 8-9 hours of
their shift. Employees work in all weather conditions (rain/sleet,
snow, thunder and lightning, hail, 100+ degree temperatures, -100%
humidity). -
-Candidates for these positions must be physically able to perform
the requirements of the job. - -- Must pass extensive background
investigationAvailability to do shift work, weekend work and
