of the IMTAS team on the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency)
Intelligence Community Security Coordination Center contract and
take advantage of great growth opportunities. We are looking to

contract is as follows: The IC SCC provides and ensures the
execution of defensive activities (i.e., monitoring, detection,
analysis, response, and coordination) throughout the IC IE ensuring
an end-to-end secured and trusted information environment. The IC
SCC coordinates security monitoring of the shared spaces across all
IC IE service providers and IC elements enabling the IC SCC to
maintain awareness of security related threats, events, and
incidents to facilitate coordinated enterprise cybersecurity
situational awareness across the IC. Actual event and incident
resolution as well as adjudication is within the authority of each
IC agency. Event coordination and correlation across the IC IE and
IC elements is essential in potentially revealing a systematic
problem or security incident, which may not have been realized
through individual IC IE service provider or IC element's Cyber
Incidence Response Team (CIRT) monitoring. We are currently looking
to hire the following individuals: IC SCC Program Management
Division: Senior Program Manager: Provides overall management
support for the contract to ensure all projects are synchronized
toward established goals and objectives. Accomplishes these goals
by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring,
appraising, and reviewing job contribution. Achieves operational
objectives by contributing information and recommendations to
strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans;
implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer
services standards; resolving problems; completing audits;
identifying trends; determining system improvements; and
implementing change. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience
managing either DoD or IC geographically dispersed programs. A
master's degree. PMP certification. Demonstrated experience
conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project
costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data
monitoring, and reporting. Direct experience managing multi-task
contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity. SCC
Watch Division: Division Lead: Oversees the IC SCC Watch Division
providing 24x7x365 IC-wide situational awareness of Computer
Network Defense (CND), IDMT coordination, and threat
awareness/response. Maintains a high level of knowledge and
understanding of IC IE architectures, systems, and networks.
Qualifications: Senior Watch Officer, 10+years of experience with a
master's degree. Ability to produce written intelligence products
and brief counterparts and senior officials. Experience working
jointly with IC departments and agencies. Familiarity with IC
networks and operations. Experience managing competing priorities
under strict guidelines while maintaining customer service.
Vulnerability Management Division: Division Lead: Provides Subject
Matter Expertise support to maintain IC Vulnerability Management
Program requirements including, but not limited to, patch
repository maintenance, issuing alerts and bulletins, and tracking
IC element compliance. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience with
bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field, master's
degree preferred. Detailed knowledge of system security
vulnerabilities and remediation techniques, including testing and
the development of exploits. Detailed technical knowledge in
security engineering, system and network security, authentication,
and security protocols. Skilled in risk management, business risk
analysis and making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations
and decisions. Tools, Services, and Engineering Division: Division
Lead: Manages and lead the enterprise tools and IC data transfer
hub engineering activities to provide a comprehensive end-to-end
integration and enhancements. Qualifications: Senior Engineer, 10+
years of experience. Experience leading efforts through IC element
authorization and accreditation (A&A) processes from
design-stage to establishment and maintenance of system authority
to operate (ATO); Experience leading the development of
capabilities based on security intelligence, post incident
findings, new threats and vulnerabilities; Extensive experience
deploying tools and capabilities within the intelligence community.
Cybersecurity Integration Division: Division Lead: Provides the
overall management, development, and Subject Matter Expertise for
IC Community event exercises (e.g., ICESTORM). Provides for annual
cybersecurity and training events focusing on community
coordination of cyber events including CI interaction. Maintains a
high level of knowledge and understanding of IC IE architectures,
systems, and networks. Qualifications: Senior Exercise Planner, 10+
years of experience with a master's degree. Experience with
exercise planning that involves cross agency coordination and
equities. Experience with briefing and delivering training to
senior military and civilian leaders. Experience incorporating
real-world scenarios and emerging threats into training and
exercise events. Cyber Threat Intelligence Division: Division Lead:
Provides community coordination, awareness and escalation of
widespread community cyber activities, attacks, threats,
vulnerabilities, and outages through comprehensive analysis and
production activities. Maintains a high level of knowledge and
understanding of IC IE architectures, systems, and networks.
Qualifications: Senior CND Analyst, 10+ years of experience with a
master's degree. Experience with security monitoring, event and
anomaly analysis and intrusion detection/prevention techniques. A
deep understanding of cyber security operations processes,
procedures, guidelines, and solutions. Knowledge of adversary
tactics, techniques, and procedures, along with analysis of
advanced intrusions across a complex global network; and basic
cyber-security forensics procedures. Understanding of how to read
and interpret malware analysis reports. Strong oral and written
communications skills (e.g., technical writing, user guide
development, requirements analysis) and ability to interact
effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. All
positions require employees to have an active TS clearances. All
designated contractor personnel shall be fully certified IAW DoD
Directive 8570 -------Information Assurance Training,
Certification, and Workforce Management----- - for access to the
DoD information system. FULL-TIME/PART-TIME Full-Time LOCATION
