Job Number: R0140403 Space Missions Executive Leader Key Role: Serve as an executive leader driving growth with key air and space organizations. Prosecute and build upon an existing base and rich pipeline of opportunities and provide additional key leadership skills to drive growth within the space missions customer segment. Cultivate existing relationships and build new relationships across the aligned customer sets. Work across Defense Industrial Base to develop new channels for growth. Develop and build a team, ensure they possess requisite skills and competencies to best serve clients, create succession paths for all levels, drive continuous improvement of resources on an ongoing basis, and delegate and manage the work of consultants and provide feedback in a timely manner, whether informally or via real-time feedback sessions. Identify the need for practice resources and recruit the right staff, giving consideration to both technical competency and culture fit. Find whitespace in the market, further codifying solutions and creating thought pieces that stimulate provocative discussions at the highest levels within the aligned customer segment. Basic Qualifications: * 20+ years of experience supporting space missions * 10+ years of experience leading profit and loss (P&L) of $250M+ and growing a space segment business * Experience at the senior levels with leaders and decision makers in the space segment * Experience leading diverse teams supporting complex space mission-related challenges * A bility to provide strategic, conceptual, and technology leadership to space missions customer sets * Top Secret clearance * Bachelor''s degree Additional Qualifications: * E xperience with government and industry preferred * TS/SCI clearance preferred * Master''s degree preferred Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
