Job Description:
Naval Learning SME, Lead
Key Role:
Design, implement, and evaluate an organization's learning courses
and programs. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts
and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.
Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative
solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions
or decisions and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and
technical competencies. This position is a hybrid role with a
combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and
working remotely.
Basic Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in working with the U.S. Navy Fleet and
Headquarters Operations
* Knowledge of Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) goals and
objectives
* Knowledge of DoDAF Enterprise Architecture, IT Portfolio
Management, Agile, Requirements, and Project Assessments, including
Business Case Analysis or Current and Future State Analyses
* Ability to create, modify, and drive Navy's RRL goals with senior
leaders and applicable stakeholders
* Active Secret Clearance
* Bachelor's Degree
Additional Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DoD Training
Requirements
* Knowledge of Navy C4ISR, CANES program, and modern software
development, including Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, ICAM, and
Analytics
* Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills
* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication
skills
* Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field preferred; Master's
Degree in IT related field a plus
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and
may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified
information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including
but not limited to location, the individual's particular
combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and
experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and
organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for
this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The
estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this
position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total
compensation package for employees.
