Job Description:

Jovie is working with a family in the Arlington area (22207) who is looking for care for their 8-year-old child. Care is needed Monday through Friday from 3:30pm-6:30pm. -This position includes homework help, meal prep, light housekeeping, and planning educational activities. Picking up the child from school and driving them to after school activities -will also be needed. If you enjoy arts and crafts, sports, legos, playing outside, reading, and using your imagination, this position is for you. The nanny would be responsible for all daily tasks in relation to the child, including maintaining -their -daily routine and creating a safe environment. • Focus on child-centric fun, including practicing the sport of the season.
• Prepare snacks -or simple meals - use the activities to teach math skills.
• Engage children by leading hands-on activities to support the children's classroom learnings. -We'll provide the following, too:
  • Opportunities to advance in the childcare field and if applicable, practice classroom learnings.
  • Opportunities for various contests and get-togethers for support and connection.We hope you will bring:
