Impactful Work You'll Do: + Perform data analysis, develops data visualization, and supports database management + Aggregate and analyze data to build Qlik Sense dashboards + The position will require analysis of data sources, developing joins and transformations, and supporting data quality and data standard initiatives + Develop business intelligence dashboards using business and technical requirements in an agile project environment + Perform analysis of source data sets to evaluate data types, schemas and data quality + Lead efforts for enterprise data standardization and data quality improvement + Advise data marts and data integration efforts + Other duties as required Requirements Must Have: + Ability to represent and uphold our core values of integrity, client service, expertise, adaptability, communication, and teamwork + Experience developing Qlik Sense in an Agile project management setting + Strongly preferred is experience working in Department of Defense + Experienced with creating and developing complex dashboards for client deliver + Has worked with with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik and/or Qlik Nprinting + Be able to troubleshoot and support Qlik Sense server applications + Additional experience in data integration / business intelligence for diverse data sets is highly valued + Ability to obtain a secret clearance Benefits Upper Tier Compensation includes a base salary and bonuses based upon: performance, business development, employee referrals and knowledge sharing.
