  Job Overview:
  IQT's International Team (IQTI) is seeking an entrepreneurial, self-directed person to support our international efforts.   Responsibilities
  
  
  • Support the VP, International Operations in the day-to-day programmatic activities required to operate the division
  • Diligently aid in the creation, editing, delivery, and tracking of IQTI products and reporting requirements to our Government Customers
  • Actively participate in U.S. based meetings and communicate meeting outcomes across members of the IQTI team and the larger IQT organization
  • Lead the collection, clean-up, and analysis of data-driven initiatives to make recommendations for business performance improvements
  • Create and maintain internal training documents and resources to ensure process consistency
  • Assist in planning efforts to support IQTI's involvement in events to include tracking invitees, communicating schedule updates, and managing agendas
  • Drive organizational efforts to support the team's growth to include managing the IQTI SharePoint and streamlining IT processes Qualifications
    • Enthusiasm to support IQT and the United States Intelligence Community and its allies
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years relevant business experience
    • Strong organizational skills: candidate will need to work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through skills
    • Strong communication skills to effectively interact and collaborate with employees across IQT and our Government Partners; experience in a people-focused role
    • Ability to exercise flexibility and good judgment while balancing various tasks at once
    • Motivated and capable of working independently with high self-direction
    • Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Etc.) skills. SharePoint knowledge a plus.
    • Security clearance preferred, not required; Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance if needed Extra Details:
      
      • Based out of Arlington, VA
      • Hybrid working schedule between in-office and remote
