Job Description:
SeKON is looking for a Cyber Operations Specialist to join our
talented and innovative team supporting the Defense Healthcare
Management Systems (DHMS). Due to COVID-19, this role will be 100%
remote for the foreseeable future. With over 25 years of

RESPONSIBILITIES:The candidate will relish a fast-paced team

initiative-takerProvide cyber mission situational understanding,
forward-thinking leadership, and critical thinking skills to the
customer, vendors, and external stakeholders Assist in the
development of enterprise architectures that support the
integration of commercial and Federal Enclave systemsFamiliar with
utilizing advanced techniques, capabilities, and tools to enhance
DHMS defensive posture to thwart sophisticated adversarial attacks
Detail and validate observational data to operations and provide
technical expertise and guidance to the DHMS Cyber Defense Gov't
Leads on response action and countermeasuresCultivate and maintain
a trusted professional relationship with the customer through daily
interactions, training, and briefingsPossess solid leadership
skills to advise, influence, and lead assigned cyber operations
projects and development teamsSupport planning and execution of
penetration test activities to identify potential threat vectors;
risks associated with threat vectors from boundary systems and
connected networksDocument test procedures and results to ensure
compatibility and compliance with standardsOversee Incident
Response and Implement actions and countermeasuresConduct event
forensics and perform cyber hunt threat analysis to create
indicators of compromiseImplement packet capture data analysis to
determine the severity of monitored flowsCategorize, prioritize,
investigate, and assess cybersecurity events/alerts/incidents to
identify the extent and scope of the event/alert/incident and what
impact there is on the operation or systemsCollect, aggregate, and
analyze artifacts and evidence from all available tools, knowledge
sources, and data artifacts to determine and document the who,
what, when, where why and how of an intrusion, its extent, how to
limit damage, and how to recoverManage tool deployment,
sustainment, and cyber tool scan reporting REQUIREMENTS: Active DoD
Secret Clearance Must have one or more of the following DoD
approved (IAM Level II or III) 8570 baseline certifications (CISSP,
CISSP-ISSEP, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA, CASP+, CCNP, CISA) Bachelor
of Science degree from an accredited university in Computer
Science, Information Assurance, Information Systems Security
Engineering (ISSE), or a related field preferred but not required
Knowledge of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Must
have good communications skills and have experience building
partnerships with teammates, customers, and other vendors
